One of Jimmy's biggest strengths is how he drives clarity in ambiguity. He doesn't stay at the philosophical level. He brings multiple concrete options and still proposes a clear recommendation. That means we always have something tangible to react to. It gets partners looking at real pixels, responding to actual trade-offs, and making decisions.

He's thorough without getting bogged down in unnecessary details, and he's highly strategic in shaping where we should head next. I deeply trust him as a partner in defining player-first experiences, especially in an environment with competing inputs and priorities. He brings his opinions yet remains adaptable and genuinely open to other perspectives.

Collaborating on the Smart TV app launch during the brainstorm and ideation phase was not only productive, but also genuinely fun. I admire how research and data-driven Jimmy is, and his willingness to rethink and iterate on solutions as new insights emerge reflects his growth mindset.

Jimmy's work on the Cloud Gaming app launch for FireTV was outstanding. I know I can count on Jimmy to deliver well considered designs that accomplish what we need with customers. In addition, it was exciting to see the initiative Jimmy has shown to improve the cloud gaming experience for new customers. He has led the charge in understanding players, forming hypothesis on how we can help them. His push for experimentation has informed our roadmap and inspired engineering work to make our data more reliable and experimentation possible.

Even after working with you for a few years now, I'm still impressed with how quickly you can spin up visual comps. It provides huge benefit to be able to see the ideas we're discussing in the moment or shortly after. It helps clarify things and ensure we're all on the same page. It also helps reach a decision more quickly when there are multiple approaches. Along those lines, you often present multiple options for people to choose from and provide us with your preference and reasoning behind it. It's extremely helpful!
